¿Qué significan los pitidos en una PC?

Hola que tal, nos hacen la pregunta sobre que significan los pitidos al iniciar una PC. Veamos, pues varía mucho dependiendo del que la fabricó.

Las computadoras tiene lo que le llaman BIOS (ROM de inicio) y ese es el que se encarga de verificar lo más básico. Pasa que cuando alguno de estos básicos, como memoria, video, tarjeta madre, procesador, te dará los pitidos para que puedas ubicar donde está el problema.

Repito, dependiendo de quien la hizo. Un ejemplo pueden ver en una Bios de AMI:
